Andy Date, Ph.D.
Construction Manager
With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Andy has developed extensive expertise in project management and coordination. Initially working as a General Contractor, he now serves as a construction manager at MAI, where he oversees project coordination for civil, utility, and building work, handles BMP inspection reports, reviews contractor RFIs, manages change order proposals, and processes monthly pay requests and construction documentation.

How I Got Into My Career
I was introduced to construction 20 years ago by a friend and worked with his construction company for the majority of that time, engaging in mostly civil/site work and ADA work for City and County and State agencies.
