A registered civil engineer with MAI since 1999, Kyle brings extensive experience across a broad spectrum of civil engineering projects. His portfolio includes work with various government agencies including the City & County of Honolulu, neighboring counties, State of Hawaii Department of Transportation divisions, the University of Hawaii, and federal government agencies, as well as private clients. His expertise encompasses bridges, roads & highways, schools, utility infrastructure, and site development, with specialized knowledge in master planning, ADA compliance, water systems, wastewater systems, and hydraulic analysis.
