With over 20 years of experience in managing projects with emphasis in construction, Ryan brings a collaborative leadership style and ownership mentality to MAI. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has progressed to the role of CFO, where he oversees all aspects of financial operations while maintaining involvement in construction management projects, including fee proposals, contract management, change orders, staff management, certified payroll, billing, and project closing documents. His track record demonstrates consistent success in delivering high-quality strategic solutions to resolve challenges and drive business growth.

    • Successfully managed solar photovoltaic construction projects with the State of Hawaii
    • Designed and installed large-scale PV systems and solar farms for private clients

Outside the Office

I maintain an active lifestyle through baseball coaching and hiking adventures. I enjoy exploring new destinations through travel and appreciating the culinary arts, particularly experiencing quality cuisine paired with fine wines.
