Project Summary: Remove and replace existing grass field with new artificial turf and upgrade the track surfacing

Challenges and Resolution:
Environmental issues included proximity to the ocean and a drainage canal, MAI worked closely with the contractor and the ESCP coordinator to minimize and eliminate threats by regularly checking the projects BMP’s and taking immediate action to corrective deficiencies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Our roles and responsibilities on this project included keeping the project on schedule and within the contract budget parameters, and ensuring quality construction while adhering to project requirements established in the contract documents.

Successful Elements:
MAI was able to successfully work with the designer and contractor to complete the required design changes and minimize schedule impacts due to these changes.
