Project Summary: Install 24” water main, including connecting to water mains, valves and valve boxes, reaction blocks, manholes, concrete jacket, and corrosion protection
Project Owner: City and County of Honolulu Board of Water Supply

Challenges and Resolution:
Construction site is right in the middle of a densely populated area with high traffic volume. Constant communication with the residents and constant updates on the traffic control plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Our roles and responsibilities on this project include keeping project on schedule, keeping the project within the contract budget parameters, and ensuring quality construction while adhering to project requirements established in the contract documents.
Successful Elements:
MAI was able to successfully work with the BWS and contractor to complete the required design changes and minimize schedule impacts due to differing site conditions.
