Roles & Responsibilities:
Our roles and responsibilities on this project include keeping project on schedule, keeping the project within the contract budget parameters, and ensuring quality construction while adhering to project requirements established in the contract documents.

Successful Elements:
MAI was able to successfully work with the designer and contractor to complete the required design changes and minimize schedule impacts due to these changes.
