Project Summary: New covered playcourt with security fencing and playcourt surfacing

Project Dates: 2022-2024

Challenges and Resolution:
The contract started right at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Material delays and safety concerns caused a number of issues that had to be dealt with. Numerous changes in subcontractors caused delays. Working closely with the contractor we were able to move the project forward.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Our roles and responsibilities on this project include keeping project on schedule, keeping the project within the contract budget parameters, and ensuring quality construction while adhering to project requirements established in the contract documents.

Successful Elements:
MAI was able to successfully work with the designer and contractor to complete the required design changes and minimize schedule impacts due to these changes.
